Caroline has over 14 years experience working with organizations to improve collaboration and access to information. She has implemented knowledge management processes and digital asset management solutions in the Aerospace, Health care, Publishing, Broadcasting, and Education sectors. Caroline has held several senior technical management positions in Information Technology and Software Engineering, as well as executive experience as Vice President of Knowledge Management.
Najmeh's expertise and passion lie in instructional design, training, curriculum design and user interface testing. Najmeh professional experience includes: working as an instructional designer with Yavaran NGO, Project Coordinator for the Knowledge eCommons Lab at OISE/UT and as a Knowledge Management Co-ordinator with The Department of Peacekeeping Operations, United Nations Headquarters in New York City.
Tony provides human resources training and consulting expertise, drawing on his corporate experience as a human resources professional, and his line roles as an account manager and head of customer service. His focus is always on developing employees who are informed, engaged and aligned to the organization's brand promise and strategy.
Prior to consulting in 1994, Tony worked at a number of large firms in increasingly senior business and human resources roles. In his last corporate role Tony held responsibilities for training and designing and implementing a new organization-wide culture transformation and service delivery model.

Arlo Kempf is a Banting Postdoctoral research fellow at the University of California, Los Angeles. He received his PhD from the Ontario Institute for Studies in Education, of the University of Toronto in 2010. He has taught at the University of Toronto and Wilfrid Laurier University in Waterloo, Ontario.
